Mistake 1 – we are perfect or sufficient in all other aspects of human life. My degree is what is holding me back. Mistake 2 – black men are dating inter-racially and so i need to do the same. Checkout the article – www.npr.org

I agree, I’m not interested in a women’s degree as far as relationships are cocerned. When have these women ever asked a man if they consider having a degree a requirement in a woman were romantically involved in. Women these days want men to desire the same thing in a woman that women want in a man. It aint neva gonna happen. Maybe this is a symptom of the defeminization of women in the black community. The Independent Black Woman thing is hurting black womens view of relationships.

I love educated black women, and educated women in general. Black educated women, that are humble are rare, and what to be honest. Honestly does a degree or an advance degree, determine that you will not be a dumb ass?

Right now like this video the plain janes are getting men and starting family’s and nurturing children and sitting back smiling and laughing because, instead of competing they slowed down a little to settle down and mate and have kids and wed in alot of cases.

LOL @ 4:40. You are so right. Educated black women forgot how to be women. We worry about material things like clothes, house and cars. We took a role of a man and a white man at that. We need to learn how to be women and wives again.

EbonyNews – you’re absolutely right. Very true words, ma’am.

With all due respect you seem to know some very unenlightened Nigerians. Why the delusions of grandeur. All parents expect their children to do better than them. Those that I know appreciate the sacrifices and ensure that they make their mothers proud/happy. Even if your friends are Nobel prize winners disrespecting their mothers is uncouth and so common
South Cali seems to be stuck in the 60’s

Honestly what determines the fact that you have educated people that get excited to get off work to drink poison. Spend time enjoying pulling a lever to attempt to make money come out and get excitement.
Or get all that debt for going to school and live a check to check lifestyle till you fold into a diabetic choma.
