At first glance yes but by law it is only “Racist” if it won’t let others races advertise there as well or denies other races access to the site in anyway.
maybe i can explain this to you, from a sociologist view.
anytime you have a society, you have a majority, and minority.
the majority normally will have the mainstream items, and this is taken for granted (a good example would be shampoo commercials, ever see one that doesn’t have a white women throwing her hair around)
since the majority rules, most normal social outlets will cater to them since they are the largest population, and thus will have the most money to spend.
so, you have sites like E-harmony, Match.com, perfect match.com, ect
while these sites don’t discount minorities, the majority will be white males or females.
so, to make it easier for minorities, they will have sites that only have minorities.
it is not racist, but they have found a certain portion of the population that they can market to.
If you were to have a site that was “white singles” you really don’t have a specialized site, since most people are white. so it would be more of a non inclusive site. and since most people are not racist, it would probably only draw people that are racist, since it is non inclusive.
on the other hand, there are lots of whites and blacks that prefer to date people of another race, so they will go to the mainstream sites.

YES- but we have others. NAACP what is the white equal? The C stands for Colored, what color is that? The colored who ever they are do not associate with that statement. The statement “A brain is a terrible thing to waste.” an ad for a BLACK College. I feel that this has run it’s course.
We also have Spanish and Latino sights. I have not seen a sight for gays, or illegitimate children, girls without fathers, girls without mothers, boys without fathers, boys without mothers then their is the grand parent step, and on and on

Racism is a prejudice based on race. In this example there is no prejudgment taking place. That is not racist just like a white singles ad would not be racist. If you look at the personals you’ll commonly see ads seeking SWM or SBM (i.e. Single White Male or Single Black Male), there is no controversy about it.
Now placing that Black Singles ad on the KFC website would be racists because in that case you are making a prejudgement.
