you could try online dating websites like plentyoffish or datehookup. i know datehookup has sister sites for interracial dating (cant find the link right now though) and sites catered to dating based on religion. just browse and if you see someone interesting to you, send them a message.
if none of that works, you should make a trip down to southern california. there are cute asian girls everywhere lol. one of my friends is an import model and shes ridiculously gorgeous. id totally go gay for her if i didnt have a boyfriend! <–joke
Asian and black girls are just like white ones. You don’t need a service. Just treat them with respect and ask them out. Don’t make them feel like you’re dating them because you couldn’t get a white woman or you just want someone more “exotic.” Good luck!
