I see you did not prove your accusation. Try working with them before they get there dummy. Being a juvenile detention officer-baby sitter-is not the same as being a mentor. You are paid to be there. your type of mentoring ends when your shift does. You are a shift supervisor-one of many. Had that job in my late teens and early twenties.

This is a disgusting crime and I am sorry to say it is bad on both ends for black males and also for white people period! Whites feel as their own freedom is at risk when it concerns dealing with blacks because there is always the race card haning over them….black men are the most targeted indiviuals in the world….and the result is what we see today!
